Snooze Button Eye Patches

How do I use them?

On clean, dry skin, place one patch under each eye, below the lash line. Leave on for about 15 minutes, then peel off and pat in any remaining serum. No rinsing needed.

How often can I use them?

Whenever you need a pick-me-up: before events, after a short night or as a weekly ritual. They're gentle enough to use several times a week.

Should I keep them in the fridge?

You don't have to, but a few hours in the fridge makes them feel extra cooling and refreshing first thing in the morning.

PlumpFilter™ Tint Stick

Is it a sunscreen?

It is not a sunscreen; wear your SPF underneath. Let it set for a minute, then swipe PlumpFilter on top.

How do I choose my shade?

Pick the one closest to your natural skin tone: 20 Light, 25 Medium, 30 Tan or 35 Deep. The swatches on this page show all four side by side. If you're between two, the lighter one gives a sheerer look; swatch it along your jawline in daylight and it should disappear as you blend.

Is it makeup or skin care?

Both. The tint evens out the look of redness, blemishes and pores the moment it goes on, and plant ceramides, rice bran oil, cocoa butter and jojoba keep skin soft and comfortable while you wear it.

Exofacial Serum (45-Day Supply)

I saw Hyaluronic Acid on your label. I thought you said HA doesn't work?

Standalone, high-molecular hyaluronic acid sold in drugstore bottles has molecules too large (up to 1,800 kDa) to get through your 500-Dalton skin barrier. It sits on top like plastic wrap and evaporates. In The Daily Liquid Facial™, low-molecular (hydrolyzed) hyaluronic acid is there as a humectant, but it isn't the star. Apple-derived exosomes, niacinamide and lactic acid in Exofacial give skin its glassy, renewed look, and 2% hexapeptide-11 and seed lipids in Pep Step help it look smoother and feel bouncier. Hyaluronic acid is the moisture sponge; the exosomes and peptides are what you notice.

Can I safely use this every single day?

Yes! Clinical med-spa facials use 30% chemical acids that force skin to peel for a week. The Daily Liquid Facial™ is formulated with sub-5% micro-buffered lactic acid and calming Centella Asiatica. It micro-resurfaces dead keratin gently enough for twice-daily use, without redness, flaking, or irritation.

Why do I need both Step 1 and Step 2?

Step 1 (Exofacial) is the glow step: lactic acid lifts dull surface build-up while apple exosomes, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid leave skin looking glassy and renewed. Step 2 (Pep Step) is the bounce and barrier lock: 2% hexapeptide-11 helps skin look smoother and feel bouncier, while plant phytosterols and seed lipids seal in the moisture so it doesn't evaporate into dry air. Exofacial works on its own; Pep Step is what keeps the look going all day.

Pep Step Peptide Serum

Is there collagen in it?

No. Pep Step's firming actives are peptides: 2% hexapeptide-11 and dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, with phytosterols and seed lipids for the barrier seal. There's no collagen in the formula.

You say hyaluronic acid serums fail. Why is it on the label?

Our villain is standalone high-molecular hyaluronic acid serums: the molecules are too big to get in and sit on the surface. Pep Step's work is done by the peptides and lipids; a little low-molecular (hydrolyzed) hyaluronic acid sits near the end of the list as a humectant, as it does in most serums.

Do I need Exofacial to use it?

No, it works on its own as a peptide serum. But it's designed as step two: Exofacial is the glow step, Pep Step is the barrier lock. Together they're The Daily Liquid Facial™, and the set saves 10%.

Lunchtime Peel 10%

How often should I use it?

Once a week to start. If your skin's happy after a couple of weeks, go to twice a week. Never two nights in a row.

Do I rinse it off?

No. It's a leave-on concentrate. Apply it at night and leave it on until your morning cleanse.

Will it sting?

A light tingle for a minute or two is normal with lactic acid. Burning or stinging that lasts isn't, so rinse it off with cool water and give your skin a few days.

Spritz Me Prebiotic Mist

Do I really need a mist before serum?

Need, no. Notice, yes. Serum spreads further and absorbs more evenly on damp skin, so you get more out of every pump. It also takes the tight feeling out of skin straight after cleansing.

When should I use it?

Morning and night, between cleanser and serum, and any time in between. It's fine enough to spritz over makeup for a midday refresh.

Is it okay for sensitive skin?

It's dermatologist tested, but it does contain a little organic alcohol and a light fragrance. If your skin is very reactive, patch test on your jaw for a few days first. Always keep your eyes closed while you spritz.

Forever Plush Cream

Can I really use it morning and night?

Yes, that's what it's made for. It's light enough to sit under SPF and makeup in the morning and cushiony enough to be your night cream. If your skin is very dry, swap in Lights Out Night Cream at night.

Where does it go in my routine?

Last, before SPF. Cleanse, mist, Exofacial Serum, Pep Step if you use it, then one pump of Forever Plush.

How much should I use?

One pump covers face and neck. Add half a pump on very dry or cold days.

Lights Out Night Cream

Is it too rich for my skin?

It's made for normal to dry skin. If you're oily, try Forever Plush Cream at night instead, or use this just where you're dry, like the cheeks and neck.

Can I use it in the morning?

On very dry or cold days, yes, but give it 10 minutes before SPF and makeup. Most people use Forever Plush Cream in the morning and this at night.

Does it have real ceramides?

Plant-derived ones. On the label they're listed as glycosphingolipids and glycolipids, the plant cousins of the lipids in skin's own barrier.

Eye Contact Eye Cream

How much should I use?

A rice grain per eye. More won't work faster and can travel into your eyes. A light half-press of the pump covers both eyes.

Will it help with dark circles or puffiness?

It's made for crepey texture and fine lines. For morning puffiness, pair it with the Snooze Button Eye Patches: 15 minutes of caffeine and vitamin C, then tap in Eye Contact.

Can I use it on my eyelids?

Keep it to the orbital bone: under the eye and out towards the crow's feet. It travels a little on its own as it settles, so there's no need to go closer to the lash line.

Spot On Kojic Serum

How do I use it?

Once a day, in the evening. On clean, dry skin, dot a tiny amount onto each dark spot or patch and let it sink in. It's made as a targeted treatment, so keep it to the areas you want to even out rather than your whole face.

What kind of dark spots is it for?

The everyday kind: marks left after a breakout, sun spots and uneven patches. It's a cosmetic, so it softens the look of spots over time. If a spot changes shape, colour or size, or you think you might have melasma, please see a dermatologist.

Do I really need SPF?

Yes. Kojic acid can make skin more sensitive to sunlight, and sun is what darkens spots in the first place. SPF 30+ every morning, and reapply when you're outdoors.

Fresh Start Glycolic Toner

How often should I use it?

A few evenings a week. Start with two, spaced out, and go to three if your skin's happy.

Can I use it in the morning?

We'd keep it to evenings, as the formulator directs: acids and sunshine aren't friends. Mornings are for Sunny Side Up Vitamin C Serum and SPF.

Do I rinse it off?

No. Swipe it on, let it dry for about a minute, then go straight on with Exofacial and the rest of your routine.

Sunny Side Up Vitamin C Serum

Morning or night?

Morning. Vitamin C and ferulic acid are antioxidants, so they make most sense under your SPF as you head out. At night, Beauty Sleep Bakuchiol Oil takes over.

Where does it go in my routine?

Cleanse, spritz if you like, Sunny Side Up, then Exofacial and Pep Step, then SPF 30+. Give Sunny Side Up a moment to sink in before Exofacial goes on.

Why 2%? Isn't more vitamin C better?

Not always. Pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid) at high strengths can sting and doesn't stay fresh for long once opened. We use ascorbyl glucoside, a gentler, more stable form, at 2%, with 1% ferulic acid and 1% sea buckthorn oil, so it's easy to use every single morning.

Beauty Sleep Bakuchiol Oil

What is bakuchiol?

A plant extract from the seeds of the babchi plant. It's known as the gentle retinol alternative: it's not a retinoid, but it's used for a similar job, smoother-looking skin and softer-looking lines.

Is it the same as retinol?

No. Bakuchiol is a different ingredient, and we don't claim it does everything retinol does. People choose it because it's known for being gentle and easy to use every night.

Where does it go in my routine?

Last, at night. Cleanse, Exofacial, Pep Step, moisturiser, then 3–4 drops of Beauty Sleep pressed over the top.

Milk Run Cleansing Oil

How do I use it?

On dry or damp skin, massage one or two pumps over your face to melt makeup, SPF and the day. Wet your fingertips and keep massaging: it turns to a silky milk. Rinse well and pat dry.

Why an oil cleanser and not a foam?

Oil dissolves oil: makeup, SPF and the day's grime melt into it, then rinse away with water. It cleans without the squeaky, tight feeling some foaming cleansers leave, so skin feels soft going into your serums.

Will it leave my skin oily?

No. With water it turns to a milk and rinses off clean. Skin feels soft and nourished, not greasy.

Tone Zone Kojic Cream

How do I use it?

Once or twice a day, on clean, dry skin. Smooth a pump evenly over your face, focusing on the areas with dark spots or discoloration. Start with once a day, in the evening, and add the morning once you know your skin's happy.

How is it different from Spot On?

Spot On is a 15 ml serum you dot onto individual spots. Tone Zone is a face cream for all-over tone. Used together, they make a two-step dark-spot routine: Spot On on the spots, Tone Zone over everything.

Can I use it with Spot On?

Yes, that's the idea. In the evening, dot Spot On onto your spots, give it a minute, then smooth Tone Zone over your face. Both contain kojic acid, so patch-test and start slowly. If skin feels irritated, use them on alternate evenings.

Pore Choice BHA Toner

How do I use it?

After cleansing, splash a little into your palms and press it over your face, avoiding the eyes. No rinse. Let it dry, then go on with Exofacial and the rest of your routine.

How often should I use it?

Start slowly and see how your skin feels. If it feels dry or tight, use it less often. Never on the same night as Fresh Start or Lunchtime Peel.

Pore Choice or Fresh Start?

Pore Choice is a salicylic (BHA) toner for oily and combination skin, shine and enlarged-looking pores. Fresh Start is a 5% glycolic (AHA) toner for dull, rough texture. Pick the one that matches your skin. If you have both, use them on different nights, never the same night.

Glow Nectar Facial Oil

Where does it go in my routine?

Mornings, after Exofacial: cleanse, 2 pumps of Exofacial, wait about 30 seconds, then 2–3 drops of Glow Nectar, then SPF. At night, Pep Step goes on after Exofacial instead.

How much do I use?

2–3 drops for face and neck. Rub them between your fingertips and smooth them on. If your skin is oily, start with 2.

Will it feel greasy under makeup?

Give it a minute to sink in before SPF and makeup. 2–3 drops is plenty; more than that can feel slick.
