Step 1 and Step 2: The Daily Liquid Facial™, and it saves you 10%.
How to use
1 · Exofacial first
2 · Rub it in
3 · Finish
Lock in the bounce.
Step 2 of The Daily Liquid Facial. A silky peptide serum with hexapeptide-11 and hyaluronic acid that seals in Exofacial, so skin keeps its cushioned, plump look all day and expression lines look softer over time.
Step 2 of The Daily Liquid Facial: seals in Exofacial so the glow lasts all day
2% hexapeptide-11 and hydroxyproline for a bouncier feel and softer-looking lines
Phytosterols and berry seed lipids for an all-day barrier seal
Dermatologist tested. Lightly scented with natural essential oils. Vegan. Made in the EU.
“I've had laugh lines at the outer eye since my late thirties and they'd started staying put even when I wasn't smiling. About seven weeks in they look shallower in the bathroom mirror, which is the least forgiving light in my house. I use it after Exofacial every night.”
Rachel, 44
“Thought it would be heavy because it looks creamy. It isn't. Sinks in before I've finished brushing my teeth and my foundation goes on smoother over it.”
Tanisha, 39
“I was using a separate hyaluronic serum and a peptide one. This does both jobs and my routine is a step shorter. Skin looks plumper by lunchtime, not just right after I put it on.”
Priya, 36
“Started this as a pre-emptive thing because my mum has deep smile lines. Three months later the creases by my mouth look softer when I'm not smiling. Doesn't make my T-zone shiny either.”
Hannah, 34
“I press a bit extra along the jaw and neck. My sister noticed before I did, she said my face looked rested. I'm on my third bottle.”
Carmen, 45
Benefits & ingredients
2% hexapeptide-11 and dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, phytosterols, blueberry and strawberry seed oils and 1% ginkgo leaf extract, in a base of organic aloe juice and jojoba oil, with sodium PCA and a little hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid as humectants. No collagen in the formula. Vegan and made in the EU.
How to use
At night, after Exofacial. Wait 30 seconds for Exofacial to sink in, then rub two pumps into face and neck, with a little extra on smile lines and forehead. Follow with moisturiser.
Why it's different
Exofacial is the glow step. Pep Step is the bounce and barrier lock. 2% hexapeptide-11 and dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline help skin look smoother and feel firmer and bouncier, while plant phytosterols and berry seed lipids form a breathable, all-day layer over Exofacial, so skin stays hydrated and cushioned-looking until bedtime.
When you'll see results
Skin feels softer and more cushioned from the first use. Most people notice a bouncier, smoother feel at 2–4 weeks, and expression lines look visibly softer at 6–8 weeks with twice-daily use alongside Exofacial.
Try it for up to 60 days. If you don't look in the mirror and see glassier, bouncier, visibly plumper-looking skin, email support@plump.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the price you paid for the products, whether the bottles are unopened, half-used or empty. No need to send them back. It covers one-time orders and your first auto-refill order, once per product.
Shipping & returns
In stock and ships within 2 business days. Free US shipping on orders from $180, on every protocol and on every auto-refill; otherwise $6.95 flat. We ship to US addresses only. Covered by our 60-day empty-bottle guarantee.
Keeps skin looking bouncy all day
Hexapeptide-11 for a bouncier feel, seed lipids to seal in the step before. Smoothed over Exofacial, it keeps the plump you see at 9am going until dinner.
Before
After
Step two. Lock it in.
2% hexapeptide-11 and hydroxyproline for a bouncier feel. Phytosterols and berry seed lipids to seal it all in. An organic aloe base, not water. One silky serum-cream.
Smoothed over Exofacial, it turns a great morning glow into an all-day one. That's why it's step two of The Daily Liquid Facial.
Cushioned, plump look all daySoftens the look of expression lines
How to use
1
Exofacial first
Rub 2 pumps of Exofacial into clean skin and give it 30 seconds.
2
Rub it in
Warm two pumps between your fingertips and rub them into face and neck, a little extra on smile lines and forehead.
3
Finish
Moisturiser on top once it's sunk in, then bed.
THE DAILY LIQUID FACIAL
Layer it with Exofacial.
Exofacial is the glow step. Pep Step is the bounce and barrier lock. Two steps, under a minute, morning and night.
01ExofacialRub 2 pumps into clean skin.
02Wait 30 secondsLet it sink in. Skin should already catch the light.
03Pep StepRub two pumps over the top to lock it in.
Hexapeptide-11 at 2% of the formula, paired with dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, an amino-acid derivative. Together they help skin look smoother and feel firmer and bouncier over time.
Barrier lock
Phytosterols + Berry Seed Lipids
Plant sterols with blueberry and strawberry seed oils and jojoba. They seal the surface so the bounce lasts, and leave skin soft, never greasy.
Soothing
Aloe Leaf Juice
Organic aloe is the first ingredient, not water. It gives the formula a cool, comfortable feel and keeps skin hydrated.
Antioxidant
1% Ginkgo Leaf Extract
Antioxidant ginkgo biloba at 1% of the formula, with vitamin E and a vitamin C ester, to keep skin looking fresh and even.
No. Pep Step's firming actives are peptides: 2% hexapeptide-11 and dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, with phytosterols and seed lipids for the barrier seal. There's no collagen in the formula.
You say hyaluronic acid serums fail. Why is it on the label?
Our villain is standalone high-molecular hyaluronic acid serums: the molecules are too big to get in and sit on the surface. Pep Step's work is done by the peptides and lipids; a little low-molecular (hydrolyzed) hyaluronic acid sits near the end of the list as a humectant, as it does in most serums.
Do I need Exofacial to use it?
No, it works on its own as a peptide serum. But it's designed as step two: Exofacial is the glow step, Pep Step is the barrier lock. Together they're The Daily Liquid Facial™, and the set saves 10%.
How often should I use it?
Morning and night. Two pumps cover face and neck. Consistency matters more than quantity with peptides.
Where does it go in my routine?
Cleanse, mist if you like, Exofacial, then Pep Step, then moisturiser. SPF last in the morning.
Can I use it with retinol, acids or vitamin C?
Yes. Peptides play well with most things. Use it on retinol nights after your retinoid has sunk in, and on AHA nights skip it or apply it once the peel has absorbed if your skin feels comfortable.
Is it okay for sensitive skin?
It's lightly scented with natural essential oils, so if you're fragrance-sensitive, patch-test behind the ear for 48 hours first. It's made for normal to dry skin.
Can I use it around my eyes?
Around the orbital bone and on crow's feet, yes. Keep it off the lids and out of the eyes. For the under-eye itself, Eye Contact Eye Cream is made for it.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Please check with your doctor or midwife first and share the full ingredient list with them.
How long does a bottle last?
About 45 days at two pumps, twice a day. On auto-refill it ships every 45 days at 25% off, until you cancel. Skip, pause or cancel anytime in your account.
How does the guarantee work?
Use it for up to 60 days. If you don't love your skin, email support@plump.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price, even if the bottle is empty. No need to send it back.
Reviews
Reviews summary ✦
Customers say the serum-cream texture sinks in fast and leaves skin feeling cushioned rather than sticky. Many reviewers noticed their smile lines and crow's feet looking softer around the six-week mark, especially when layered after Exofacial. A few mention the scent is noticeable at first, though most say it fades within minutes.

My crow's feet relaxed

Bouncy is the right word
Thought it would be heavy because it looks creamy. It isn't. Sinks in before I've finished brushing my teeth and my foundation goes on smoother over it.

Slow but real
Nothing much for the first three weeks apart from softer skin. By week six my forehead lines looked less etched in photos. Taking a star off only because I wish the bottle were bigger at this price.

Lovely, but scented
The texture is beautiful and my skin feels softer. The floral scent is stronger than I expected for something going on my face, and I'm a bit sensitive to fragrance. No reaction, it just isn't my favourite part.

Great with Exofacial
On its own it's a nice hydrating serum. Layered after Exofacial it's something else, my skin has that bounce back that I used to get after a facial. Four stars because it took a while to see the line part.

Not greasy, promise
Oily skin, so I'm wary of anything with oils in it. This absorbs fully and I haven't had any extra shine. The fine lines under my eyes look less crepey.

Cheeks look less crepey
The skin on my cheeks had gone a bit tissue-papery. Two months of this morning and night and it looks smoother when I smile. Simple as that.

The 11s are calmer
I frown when I concentrate and the lines between my brows had started to stick around. They look softer now, maybe six weeks in. Pairs well with my vitamin C in the morning.

Comfortable all day
My skin used to feel tight by 3pm. Now it doesn't. The firmness came later, around week five, and it's subtle but I can see it.
