Yes, it's made for it. Milk Run first to melt everything, then your usual gentle cleanser if you like a second cleanse. On light-makeup days, Milk Run on its own is plenty.
It isn't made for the eyes themselves: avoid direct contact with your eyes. Use your usual eye makeup remover for mascara, and Milk Run for everything else.
It's made for sensitive skin and is dermatologically tested. It's lightly scented with parfum and has a little alcohol, so if you're fragrance-sensitive, patch-test on your jawline first.
