A light tingle for a moment is normal with glycolic acid. Burning or stinging that lasts isn't: rinse with cool water and give your skin a few days off.
Not with Lunchtime Peel or a retinoid on the same night: alternate them. Spot On can go on once Fresh Start has dried, but if your skin feels sensitive, use them on different evenings.
Yes. AHAs make skin more sensitive to the sun. Wear SPF 30+ every day while you're using it, and for a week after you stop.
Patch-test first: a swipe on your jawline, two evenings running, and start at twice a week. Don't use it on broken, sunburnt or freshly waxed skin. There's no parfum in the INCI, but it has a soft rose aroma and a little alcohol at the end of the list.
